- Rates are $99-$129 plus guest tax single/double; $10 per additional guest for the Blair room*

-Deposit for the first night's lodging required at time of reservation.

-$35 non-refundable fee for highly reserved dates.

- Check-in 4 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. or prearranged.

-Cancellations required one week prior to arrival.

_An additional cleaning fee of $25 for rooms/spaces used other than those reserved.

-Smoking on porch or patio only.
